Terms & Conditions

These terms explain eligibility, earning and redeeming points, catering rewards, referral bonuses, account responsibilities, program changes, disputes, and other conditions for participating in PDQ Rewards.

By enrolling in PDQ Rewards, using the website or app, becoming a member, or redeeming points, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Program

The PDQ Rewards program allows you to earn rewards in connection with your app at participating PDQ restaurants and redeem cumulative points for rewards.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these terms, as they may be modified from time to time. The Program is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

These terms include a waiver of certain rights, including the right to sue in court or pursue a class action. See the Disputes section below.

Definitions
  • Administrator: Any company engaged to provide administrative services for the Program.
  • Member: The person identified in PDQ records as the holder or owner of the PDQ Rewards Account.
  • Program Website: mypdq.myguestaccount.com.
  • PDQ, we, our, ours, us: PDQ and all affiliates, subsidiaries, or assignees.
  • Points Account: The record of points and offers earned and redeemed through the Program.
  • Suppliers: Third parties engaged to provide services, rewards, or benefits for the Program.
  • You and your: Any person or entity participating in the Program.
Program Eligibility

To create a Rewards Account, participate in the Program, and earn and redeem points, you must be at least 18 years old, or 13 years old with parental consent, and have a valid email address and mobile phone number.

Only one PDQ Rewards Account is allowed per person. Each account may be associated only with a single valid email address and mobile phone number. The same mobile number or email address may not be associated with more than one account.

The PDQ Rewards Member or an immediate family member of the Member must be present to earn rewards for the transaction.

Participating Locations

Members may earn and redeem points only at participating PDQ locations. Arena, stadium, airport, and Tampa Food Lab locations are excluded. Participating locations may change from time to time at PDQ’s discretion.

Enrollment

You may enroll in the Program by visiting the website, mobile site, or app and following the enrollment instructions.

Each Member has access to a personal PDQ Rewards Account page during membership. You are responsible for safeguarding passwords and keeping your account contact information current and complete.

You will not receive credit for any activity that occurred before enrollment.

Points and Rewards

PDQ Rewards is a spend-based rewards program. To earn points, you must make a qualifying purchase at a participating location and identify yourself as a Member at the time of purchase.

Qualifying spend excludes gift card purchases, discounts, the value of free items, taxes, delivery fees, third-party delivery fees, and tips. Spend from each qualifying transaction may be counted only once.

Rewards Structure

  • Enrollment reward = 3 Free Tenders with purchase
  • Referral reward = 500 Bonus Points
  • 250 Points = Free Cookie
  • 400 Points = Regular Drink
  • 600 Points = Small Shake or Side Item
  • 900 Points = 3-Piece Tender
  • 1,000 Points = Regular Sandwich
  • 1,300 Points = $10 Discount on one check; carries no residual value

Rewards must be used within 30 days from the date issued.

Catering Rewards

PDQ Rewards customers may earn catering-specific purchase-based rewards called Catering Rewards Dollars. For every $250 spent in qualifying PDQ catering purchases using a registered PDQ Rewards Card, customers receive Catering Rewards Dollars in $10 increments.

Qualifying catering purchases include food and beverages after applicable discounts and rewards, excluding taxes, tips, delivery, cancellation or other fees, and gift card purchases.

Catering Rewards Dollars can be redeemed for PDQ Catering or other in-restaurant or online orders, subject to limitations. Rewards may not be redeemed for gift card purchases, have no cash value, and expire if not used by the applicable expiration date.

Catering Rewards Structure

  • 250 Catering Rewards Points = $10 Catering Reward Dollars
  • 500 Catering Rewards Points = $10 Catering Reward Dollars
  • 750 Catering Rewards Points = $10 Catering Reward Dollars
  • 1,000 Catering Rewards Points = $50 Catering Reward Dollars

Once the 1,000 Catering Points threshold is surpassed, the Catering Rewards Account resets to zero.

Missed Points

If you forgot to present your registered PDQ Rewards Card for a non-catering order, you can request credit by submitting the Missed Points form. Limits apply: one request per day, per account. Retroactive credit may not be granted after 30 days.

For catering orders, send receipt information to catering@eatpdq.com within 30 days of your visit.

PDQ has no responsibility to retroactively apply rewards or use of the PDQ Rewards Program.

Referral Bonus

Members may be invited to refer friends or family using a unique referral code or link. A Member receives 500 PDQ Rewards points for each new Member who enrolls using the Referral Link and makes a qualifying purchase of more than $2.00 at a participating location within 15 days of enrollment.

Referral Bonus Points awarded to the referring Member do not expire. They may be used for food and beverage purchases only, have no cash value, and do not carry residual value.

Members may share Referral Links with friends and family, but may not post them through paid advertising channels or distribute them using bots.

Additional Points Opportunities

From time to time, PDQ may award bonus points for other activities or purchases. Terms for each award may vary, including how points are earned, how eligible activity or purchase amount is determined, and when the applicable reward expires.

To redeem a reward, it must be used within 30 days from the date issued. Rewards are valid for food and beverage purchases only and have no cash value.

When Points Are Credited

Points will be credited to your PDQ Rewards Account within 24 hours from the time they are earned.

Statement of Points

Your Points Account shows accumulated totals of points earned, adjusted, redeemed, and your current points balance. You may access your Points Account by logging into the Program Website or the PDQ Rewards App.

Errors related to points earned, adjusted, or redeemed must be reported within 30 days after the error appears on the account. Corrections after 30 days are at PDQ’s sole discretion.

Redeeming Points

Members may redeem points by visiting a participating location, identifying themselves as a Member, and asking a Team Member to apply the reward.

A reward may be redeemed only if your Points Account shows that reward. Points not yet credited are not available for redemption.

All rewards are subject to availability, have no cash value, and cannot be purchased or sold for cash. Unredeemed rewards expire 30 days from the date credited to your account. Points are redeemed and/or expired on a first-in, first-out basis.

Tax Liability and Fees

You are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes resulting from earning or redeeming points and/or rewards.

Program Changes and Termination

The Program is offered at PDQ’s sole discretion. PDQ may terminate or suspend the Program, in whole or in part, and may add, delete, or change the Terms & Conditions, including changes that may reduce or cancel the redemption value of rewards not yet redeemed.

PDQ may terminate your participation and invalidate all or part of your points balance in the event of abuse, fraud, violation of these terms, attempted sale or transfer of points, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

You may terminate participation at any time by contacting MyPDQsupport@eatpdq.com. Extended inactivity may result in account termination.

If PDQ terminates the Program or your account, or you terminate participation, you may redeem credited rewards within 90 days unless invalidated under these terms. Rewards not redeemed within that period are forfeited.

Disclaimer

The Administrator and Suppliers are independent contractors and are not affiliated with PDQ. PDQ, the Administrator, and Suppliers do not warrant the quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any PDQ Rewards.

PDQ may adjust your Rewards Account at any time to correct an incorrect reward balance, including reversing rewards credited in error or not legitimately earned. PDQ decisions regarding interpretation of these terms and awarding of rewards are final and not subject to appeal.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By using the website or app, becoming a Member, or redeeming points, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless PDQ, the Administrator, Suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from liability related to the Program.

The website and app are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Released Parties will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or similar damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain exclusions or limitations.

Any claim under these terms must be brought within six months after the cause of action arises, or the claim will be barred.

Use of the Program Website

The Administrator operates the Program Website, which provides additional Program information and access to registered users’ PDQ Rewards Accounts. The Program Website is governed by separate terms and conditions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and online profile information, and for any activity that occurs through your profile.

Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your points or any other Program benefits.

Communications With You

PDQ may communicate with you about the Program by mail, telephone, email, or other electronic communications. You consent to receive PDQ Rewards, correspondence, transaction confirmations, and other Program information electronically.

PDQ may monitor and record reciprocal communications for training, compliance, records, or quality assurance purposes, and may periodically use automatic texting services to send text messages to telephone numbers associated with your account.

You are responsible for updating contact information in your PDQ Rewards Account.

Information We Collect and Use

Information collected from Members is subject to PDQ’s Privacy Policy. By enrolling in and participating in the Program, you agree that PDQ may use your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disputes

If you have a disagreement with PDQ arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the Program, you agree to send a written notice to: PDQ, Attn: Legal Office, 4343 Anchor Plaza Parkway, Suite One, Tampa, FL 33634.

You agree not to take legal action, including filing a lawsuit or demanding arbitration, until 10 business days after sending the notice. If the disagreement is not resolved, you agree to file a demand for arbitration with the American Arbitration Association or another national arbitration company if the AAA is unable to provide arbitration.

You waive the right to a trial by jury or by a state or federal judge, and you agree not to file or participate in a class action or collective action against PDQ.

Choice of Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause another jurisdiction’s laws to apply.

Members waive any right to a trial by jury in any proceeding arising out of or relating to the Program, rewards, and these Terms & Conditions.

Miscellaneous Terms

If any provision is determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be removed and replaced with a lawful provision most closely approximating the intent of the stricken provision, except as noted in the Disputes section.

No delay by PDQ in enforcing these terms will waive PDQ’s rights or operate as a waiver of any later breach.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and PDQ regarding the Program and your participation in it. Prior agreements concerning any other rewards program are superseded.
