  • We do not offer rewards for third party delivery orders (DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates, Grubhub, etc.), catering, dollars spent on purchases of PDQ gift cards, Groupon redemptions, coupon redemptions, taxes and/or delivery charges. Our airport, stadium, arena and test locations do not participate in the loyalty program.

    If you are missing points from an eligible visit (not listed above), please wait 24 hours for them to appear in your account. After 24 hours, please fill out our Missing Points form below and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • After you check-in for an initial visit using your loyalty account, you'll receive a welcome reward to your account for a future visit.

  • You will receive your birthday reward on the first day of your birth month. It will expire on the last day of your birth month.

  • You should receive your birthday reward on the first of your birthday month. Your reward will expire at the end of the month.

    You must have at least one prior visit registered to your account to receive a birthday reward.

  • You can apply one reward per order.

  • Yes, you can order ahead for a scheduled pickup date and time by signing into your online account at Order.EatPDQ.com.

    For catering orders, please visit eatPDQ.com/Catering.

  • You can modify your communication preferences by logging into our online account portal here

  • Within the app, you can check out recent transactions by clicking on the “Recent Orders” button on the homepage.

    If you want your full transaction history, please visit your online account portal and select “Transaction History” from the navigation bar.

  • Yes! Log in to your online account portal and select “Account Balance” in the “Summary of Accounts” section.

    You’ll be able to add a secondary account number to your login.

  • Dollars spent on purchases of PDQ gift cards, third party delivery orders (DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates, Grubhub, etc.), Catering, Groupon redemptions, coupon redemptions, taxes and/or delivery charges do not earn points.

    However, purchases made with gift cards will earn points to your PDQ Rewards account.

  • Program membership is only open to individual U.S. residents who are at least 13 years old.

    If you are between 13 and the age of 17, you'll need to get permission from your parent or legal guardian to enroll. Additional restrictions may apply to PDQ Team Members.
